KC as educator

For the past three years, KC has lectured at Umeå University’s Restaurant School alongside some of the leaders of the culinary world.  His courses are on “Experience Design”, food and wine in combination classes, as well as on “being the good host”.

KC’s conducts seminars which are stimulating and interesting and often concerns using well-known items in sometimes completely different manners.  A Seminar by KC can be the perfect tool to inspire a group of individuals or to train an entire company.

His courses and seminars can be conducted in Swedish and/or English.
